Quantum Group @ the UW Allen School

We are the Quantum Group at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington. We do research on a variety of topics in quantum information and computation (primarily on the theory side), including quantum complexity theory, error-correction, cryptography, algorithms, and learning. We are part of the broader quantum community at UW.

We lead the REU program Quantum@UW. Information about applications for Summer 2026 will be posted in late 2025.
